Black Bean Salsa
2 cans black beans, rinsed &
drained
1 can whole kernel corn,
drained
4-5 Roma tomatoes,
diced
1/2 red onion, chopped
2 avocados, diced
1 tsp. salt
1-2 tsp. hot pepper
sauce
3/4 cup Balsamic
Vinegar
3/4 cup Olive Oil
Combine all ingredients except the
avocado and refrigerate for 1 hour or more. Before serving, dice up avocado and
add to the dip; stir and then serve with tortilla chips.
Do you have a favorite recipe you use for the July festivities? Let us know if you try any of these. I'm so ready for friends, food and FUN!
